The hotel is nice inside.
We faced a frustrating start when we arrived. The ceiling in one of our rooms was leaking, and it took too long to get new rooms. The staff seemed indifferent to our situation, disappointing.

The design of the hotel is perfect and fantastic location. Staff are very helpful + either speak English well or try their best to do so. Spotlessly clean and spacious. Excellent breakfast. Best hotel I ever stayed in. This was my first visit to Poland + I would definitely go again + stay at The Mera.

Had an amazing time relaxing at the rooftop pool and loved the soothing massages at the spa. The sauna and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the breakfast could use a little more variety, but it didn't spoil my awesome stay! 😊

the Spa Area is well equipped an there they have good trained staff; we enjoyed a very professional treatment
- Staff in general is very, very unfriendly, impolite and ignorant; seems that it lacks in a good manager who has his business under control. - Gastro Services are as well poor: they don't serve food after 10pm, not even an appetizer or salted nuts... Bar closes at 11.30 (!!)

Luxurious, Luxurious, Luxurious
Waking up in my Superior King Room with a Balcony and Sea View was pure bliss! The amazing view of the shimmering Baltic Sea, coupled with a fine sunrise, made each morning lovely. Plus, the rooftop pool offered the perfect spot for lazy afternoons while soaking in those gorgeous ocean vistas!

Everything was ok. The hotel is brand new one and very well equipped. Perfect localization. Special area for kids and "family rooms"! Very good breakfast. Nice resting area (swimming pools, saunas) and great spa. I would really recommend that hotel.
Bit fancy and expensive restaurant (there are two we didn't check the other one). But the hotel is localized so close to the centre of the Sopot so you can go and eat outside the hotel. Bit expensive parking places, but you can park near top the hotel on the street places which are for free. There is no gym in the hotel, but this is just a detail :) you can go for jogging on the beach :)

Tasty and varied breakfast with fresh fruits, vegan options and fresh polish bread and good customer service. Particularly good location to Gdansk Lech Walesa airport, just 30 minutes by car. Greatly enjoyed central area.
